Yoga 20-Class Pack $270 • 20 visits • 20-classes to be used for any regular class on the schedule. Cannot be used for workshops; this plan will expire 12 months from purchase date.

Yoga Private Consultation $60 • 1 visit • Private 1-on-1 session

Emotion Belly Yoga $15 • 1 visit • The hour will be filled with 20 min of kids yoga , 20 min story time with Tracy Schlepphorst Emotion Belly Books followed by a breakfast snack & fruit smoothie created by Chef Michael Mitchell.

Full Moon Float (SUP) $60 • 1 visit • SUP Yoga includes board rental & 60 min yoga

Prana & Deep Relaxation Workshop $30 • 1 visit • 90 min guided journey into prana & deep relaxation

Self-Care & Stress Management $75 • 4 visits • A deep dive through meditation, pranayama (breath) and asana as a daily self-care & stress management technique. Expect to learn more about how to manage energetic states, physical tensions and daily stress.

Chair Yoga $25 • 1 visit • Non-Members are those who do not have a current monthly auto-payment to Y7.

Yoga for the Pelvic Floor $55 • 1 visit •

Join Casie Danenhauer, DPT, RYT for an extended 4 hour workshop exploring the pelvic floor and women's empowerment. Through this immersion you'll learn how to enhance your pelvic health through yoga and connect with women in the community on a new level. The first portion of the workshop will include a discussion of the anatomy, function, and energetic components of the pelvis/pelvic floor. Discussion will include common issues relating to the pelvic floor including:

  • painful intercourse or other sexual difficulties
  • pregnancy, childbirth, and post-natal concerns
  • painful periods
  • pain with sitting
  • bowel or bladder difficulties
  • feeling disconnected from your body
  • feeling unsafe or unsupported in your life

Casie will then lead a gentle yoga class focused on incorporating core and pelvic floor awareness throughout the flow. Class will end with a guided meditation and time for discussion or questions. Come explore how mindful awareness, breathing techniques, and gentle movement can improve your connection to your core and pelvic floor and enhance your life. Class is for women only in an effort to create a safe place for learning and sharing.
